In 2018, four childhood friends brought their long-held dream to life by launching a ticketing company for event sales. Their enthusiasm was undeniable — they had always wanted to work together! But in 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic hit hard. A speech by NBA player Rudy Gobert, who initially dismissed the virus but contracted it shortly after, led to the abrupt cancellation of all sports events and public gatherings. Their ticketing venture came to a sudden halt.

Faced with a choice, they decided to rise anew. Embracing the challenge, they reinvented their business, embodying the resilient spirit of the Phoenix. Thus, Phoenix Consultancy was born!
