These policies will aid users determine how Phoenix Consultancy LLC fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via any payment processor like QuickBooks, Stripe, or any other payment technology.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of Ohio. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Fulfillment policy


At Phoenix Consultancy, we ensure that the services and software we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services and software we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services and software purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery policy


At Phoenix Consultancy, we sell custom software solutions. We deliver our services to clients via electronic means pursuant to our client’s requests.

Refund


We may offer returns if software provided to the customer is not functioning as described in the Contract.

Exceptions


Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
  • You received services rendered, but simply changed your mind about the service.
  • You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.

Return policy


At Phoenix Consultancy, we sell custom software solutions. For custom software solutions, there are no returns as the software is built with continuous input from the client.

Cancellation policy


All cancellation options are discussed and agreed with the client, after which everything is stated in the contract.

How to make a complaint


If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to info@phoenix-consultancy.io stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
